WIP of the super secret special project I’ve been talking about and working on…but this part of it isn’t super spoilery and I’ve been wanting to track my progress, so I’m posting it. This is just for a mock-up, to see if the pattern works. I dug up some old fleece scraps my mom got on clearance for it, hence the horse-print fleece. XD I really gotta go to bed though, I’ll finish the mock-up tomorrow(wow where is all this going-to-bed self control coming from, I’m really enjoying it) On another note I went to Hobby Lobby today so I could restock up on Sculpey and polyfil and they had the most gorgeous brown faux fur fabric there?? Which is really unusual b/c normally local shops don’t have fantastic fur selections, and I mean this was the only good one there but man I’m gonna have to go back and snag a yard or two sometime Zoom

Well, I was productive tonight! Sculpted the entire bottom of the jawset. :3 I did it while finishing my 4th(? not sure about the number haha) rewatch of AtLA, and aaaaah, I will never ever get over that finale ;_; It’s just so beautiful in so many ways!

Will probably not be able to sculpt the top jaw/create molds and cast them this weekend. Will have to wait a week.

I forgot to mention, I’m using india ink this time instead of watercolor(well, I’ll be using a lil bit of watercolor later for the eyes/nose :3). It’s a lil harder to work with but I can handle it I think Also, fun fact: packing tape = temporary palette, it’s great Zoom

Another week, another homework! (I think this is our last homework actually alskdjaskljdfk finally) My teacher up front told me that I could do a companion piece for my homework last week instead of following the prompt haha, and that’s what I want to do so I’m gonna do it! Used reference and will be using more husky-like colors and markings this time so hopefully it won’t look so wolfish this time XD Zoom

Need to wait for it to dry so I can rub off the salt(which still refuses to work for me D:< ) and add a few things with other media, but it’s pretty much done right now. I really enjoyed doing this, and I really like how it turned out! I should definitely do other things like this, aaah :3 Zoom

I was really inspired by a friend’s painting today, so I’m going to try something really splashy. Never done anything like this before and it might turn out completely terrible alskajlkadjsf
