Pictures of my crimson Loftwing cosplay, taken by Deathcom. I’m not totally satisfied with these because you can’t see his eyes, though. (But I was in the suit at the time, so there was no way for me to know!) Also, you can totally see the broken claws. So. I’ll be fixing that before the next photoshoot.
Though, I can only take you to the break in the cloud barrier over Eldin. You’ll have to figure out how to break your fall and climb to Death Mountain on your own.
Reblogging because it’s another photo of my crimson Loftwing cosplay that I never posted here
Also to advertise my Loftwing ask blog for all my new followers
So I try to show my mom and my sister my pictures from Colossalcon and they’re just so judgemental and so quick to put down a cosplay because it wasn’t completely accurate or if the person wasn’t the exact right body type
(yes, I know they told me they were just joking but still). And they kept comparing it to my crimson Loftwing which is unfair because they’re all beautiful in their own right and they can’t be compared to one another.
Because it’s not really about the costume. It’s about the play, the fandom, the love.
My Loftwing cosplay at Colossalcon 2012
The wind kept mussing up my fur and crown feathers…
This is a combination of some photos my friend took during the Zelda and Nintendo meetups. Sadly, my camera died partway through the Nintendo meetup, but she took pictures with her other camera and got some more people that showed up later in the meetup. She has yet to send them to me, though, so I hope you all will be satisfied with these!
(If you’re any of these cosplayers, please let me know so that I can give you credit.)
